A: The splash-proof PVC is designed to be leak-resistant during normal cat play. Avoid sharp claws puncturing the mat — trim your cat’s nails for best results.
Q: Can kittens use this mat safely?
A: Yes! The mat is safe for kittens. Always supervise younger cats to ensure they don’t attempt to bite or puncture the PVC surface.
Q: My cat ignores the mat — how do I encourage interest?
A: Try placing the mat in a sunny spot where light reflects off the water, or add a few drops of catnip extract to the outside of the mat to attract initial interest.
Q: How do I clean the play mat?
A: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Drain and refill the water every few days to keep it fresh and hygienic.
Q: Is this a good gift for a cat owner?
